Apart from Counselling offered by the counselling and guidance cell, the college has a robust mentoring system. The mentor provides academic, psychological and emotional counselling. Timely intervention by mentors help the mentees have a grip on life.
                                                ☛ 	The department divides the mentees and on an average a mentor is assigned 30 — 35 wards.
                                                ☛  	The Mentor-Mentees generally meets.
												 ☛Wards can meet their mentors individually or in groups.
												 ☛Issues which need to be brought to the notice of the authorities are taken up.
												 ☛Mentor-Mentees engage with other in the whatsapp group.
	
                                                  ☛	The College has a dedicated counselling centre with a counsellor. Two more staff counsellors assist. Apart from offering Personal Counselling, there is Group Counselling as the counsellors meet the students major and year wise on a fixed schedule.
                                                   ☛  The Mentor System is an effective way for teachers to deal with academic, psychological, emotional aspects of their wards. Each teacher is assigned 30 – 35mentees and follows their progress. Necessary interventions are made and problematic cases are brought to the notice of the management.
